Step1: Access the Withdrawl Menu
Please access the "Assets" page and click the "Withdraw" button after you log in.
Step2：Fill in the Information for Withdrawl
Enter the "Fiat" withdrawal page, and select the currency, withdrawal method, and beneficiary bank account from the drop-down menu. When making your first withdrawal or withdrawing to a beneficiary bank account that you have never used on Xcoin before, you need to click "+Add bank account" to bind the beneficiary bank account information. Please note that your beneficiary bank account must be a bank account that has been used for fiat deposits before! If you have never made a fiat deposit, please first initiate a fiat deposit from your bank account to the Xcoin platform. Only after the deposit is successful can the beneficiary bank account be used for withdrawals.
Step3：Submit the Withdrawl Order
After entering the withdrawal amount, the page displays the currency, transfer method and beneficiary bank to help you verify that the important information you entered is correct. Please note: Your withdrawal amount should be less than or equal to your available balance and within your daily and monthly withdrawal limits. The estimated amount received here = your entered withdrawal amount - the sending bank's fees. If additional intermediary bank or beneficiary bank fees are incurred during the remittance process, your actual amount received will be less than the estimated amount.
If your beneficiary bank requires remittance remarks for inward funds, please ensure that you fill in the correct and complete "Remittance remarks" here.
After clicking "Next," the page will again display the Beneficiary bank, Beneficiary name and Bank account number, Bank BIC, Withdrawal amount, and Remittance remarks. Please verify that everything is correct before clicking "Confirm withdrawal." To ensure the security of your funds, you will also need to enter the authenticator app and the 6-digit verification code received in your registered email address to complete the withdrawal order submission.
Step4: View the Withdrawl Order
After entering the correct verification code, click "Submit". The withdrawal will then appear in the "Recent Withdrawals" Records at the bottom of the page.
