Check fiat deposit status
You can view all your fiat deposit and withdrawal orders in the menu "Orders > Deposits & Withdrawals > Fiat", or in the "Asset Overview" or "Funding Account" page on the right side under "Deposits & Withdrawals > Fiat". Please note: Only deposits that have reached the beneficiary bank's account will appear in the "Deposits " Records.
Deposit Success
Once the beneficiary bank successfully receives the remittance and the Xcoin platform successfully credits the deposit, the status will show as "Deposit successful." Your fiat balance will increase, and you will receive simultaneous email, SMS, and message center notifications.
Deposit in Processing
If your deposit order cannot be credited normally due to reasons such as different names or inability to identify the payer's name, and the status shows "Under review," you can contact client service to check the review progress or possibly request supplementary materials to pass the review.
Once you supplement the materials and pass the review, the deposit order status will change to "Deposit successful." If you are unable to supplement the materials or the materials cannot pass the review, you can request a refund of the deposit to your original payment bank account. You will be responsible for all bank fees incurred during the refund process.
Deposit Failure
If your deposit order does not comply with the bank's or Xcoin platform's checking rules, the order status will show as "Deposit failed," and the deposit will be refunded to your original payment bank account. You will be responsible for all bank fees incurred during the refund process. For orders with a status of "Refunded," you can click "Details" on the right side of the deposit record list to view the deposit details and refund details. Orders with a status of "Pending refund" indicate that the refund has not yet been transferred out from the platform's bank.
Explanation of the receiving account for your deposit
To provide you with more convenient and secure deposit services, we have built up the formal partnership with Bank A, through its correspondent Bank B, to offer you a dedicated Virtual Account (VA).
Why does the beneficiary account display the bank name as B instead of A sometimes?
Bank A substantially opens and manages these beneficiary accounts through its correspondent Bank B. Therefore, when you make a bank transfer, the account name will be displayed as the name of Bank B. This is a normal and compliant arrangement, so please use it with confidence.
Virtual Accounts (VAs) are not permanently valid.
To enhance fund security and management flexibility, each Virtual Account (VA number) is dynamically generated and not permanently valid. VA numbers may have expiration periods or change due to system adjustments.
Deposit Operation Recommendations
Before each top-up, please be sure to check and confirm the latest VA information on our platform (App/Website).
- Please strictly follow the latest account name, account number, and amount displayed on the platform for transfers.
- Using expired VA may result in transfer failure or delayed fund arrival.
If you encounter any problems during the deposit or withdrawal process, please feel free to contact our customer service team. We will assist you as soon as possible.
