How do I submit a stock transfer application?
Transferring stocks requires two steps:
1. Submit a stock transfer application on the XCoin APP (steps are included in Part Two of this document).
2. Notify your original brokerage to transfer the stocks (the specific notification method varies depending on the requirements of the transferring brokerage).
Stock transfer fees to XCoin account: XCoin does not charge a transfer fee; the transferring brokerage charges a fee. Please consult the transferring brokerage for specific fees before transferring stocks.
Stock transfer time to XCoin account: The stock transfer time mainly depends on the transferring brokerage's stock transfer time, generally taking 2-3 weeks, subject to actual conditions. After receiving the transferred stocks from the original brokerage, XCoin will deposit the stocks into your XCoin account within 1-2 business days.
Typically, investors will receive their assets within 7 business days, but the specific time depends on when the underlying assets are delivered to XCoin.

How to transfer stocks via the app?
At the same time, submit an application through the APP and notify the original brokerage to transfer the shares. The specific notification method varies depending on the requirements of the transferring brokerage.
Submit your application via the app (including steps)
Step 1: In the app, tap "More" to access the function list.
Step 2: In the function list, tap "Transfer in stocks".
Step 3: Select US Stock Market > Transfer to US Stocks
Step 4: Fill in the Transferor Information
This information will be displayed on the original brokerage's website/app. Before proceeding with the transfer, please ensure that all information regarding the transferred stocks is correct with your original brokerage, including the brokerage name, DTC code, account number, brokerage contact person's phone number and email address, and account name.
