Check fiat withdrawal status
You can view all your fiat deposit and withdrawal orders in the menu "Orders > Deposits & Withdrawals > Fiat", or in the "Asset Overview" or "Funding Account" page on the right side under "Deposits & Withdrawals > Fiat". Currently, the client can retrieve deposit and withdrawal orders within the last 12 months.
Withdrawal in Processing
Your withdrawal order needs to be approved by the platform. Orders in the review process will show a status of "Under review". You can contact client service to check the review progress or request supplementary materials to pass the review.
Orders that have passed the review and have been sent to the payment bank for processing will show a status of "Withdrawaing". You can click "Details" on the right side of the withdrawal record list to view the order progress. The amount of orders in "Under Review" and "Withdrawaing" will be frozen by the platform. At this time, your available balance will decrease, but your asset amount will remain unchanged.
Withdrawal Success
For orders where the payment bank has successfully paid out funds, the status will show as "Withdrawal Successful." Your fiat currency balance and asset amount will decrease, and you will receive simultaneous email, SMS, and message center notifications.
Withdrawal Failure
If your withdrawal order is rejected by the platform or bank, its status will show as "Withdrawal Failed." For orders rejected before the bank pays out the funds, the frozen fiat currency amount will be unfrozen, increasing your available balance. You will receive notifications via email, SMS, and message center.
Orders that are returned after the platform's payment bank has paid out the funds will be processed as a deposit order separately. Bank fees may be incurred during the refund process, therefore the refunded amount will be less than the original withdrawal order amount.
