Questions about fees, timeliness, and limits
Xcoin does not charge any fees for your fiat deposits or withdrawals. You will take on the bank fees incurred during the fiat deposit, withdrawal, and refund process. For example, the "Withdrawal Fee" or "Refund Fee" you see on the withdrawal or refund page refers to the payment bank's fees, which will vary depending on the payment bank you use each time.
Generally, for international remittances, if you do not require the full amount to arrive, it is recommended that you choose the fee sharing method "SHA" to reduce the costs of claiming charges from the intermediary banks and save some fees.
Deposit and Withdrawal Processing Time
Interbank transfers typically take 1-5 business days to arrive, with the exact time varying significantly depending on the sending and beneficiary banks used each time. To improve the processing time, please ensure you use an account with the same name (your bank account name is the same as the account name on Xcoin platform), fill in the required remittance remarks and intermediary bank information, upload bank transfer receipt when depositing, and schedule large withdrawals in advance.
Additionally, having your bank in the same region as the platform's banks will also help improve processing time. For example, transfers within the same bank ("same bank" usually refers to the same branch of one bank brand in the same region) can arrive instantly. Your remittances will be delayed if the sending, beneficiary, or intermediary bank is on a weekend or holiday, especially during long holidays. Please plan your finances accordingly.
Deposit and Withdrawal Limits
Minimum single transaction limit: (1) You cannot enter a withdrawal amount less than the minimum single transaction limit. (2) If your deposit is less than the minimum single transaction limit, the actual amount received may be nil due to fee deductions by banks, so the deposit order cannot be found.
Maximum single transaction limit: (1) You cannot enter a withdrawal amount more than the maximum single transaction limit; if the existing withdrawal limit cannot meet your needs, please contact client service to apply for an adjustment of the withdrawal limit. (2) If your deposit amount is more than the maximum single transaction limit, it needs to be manually reviewed before it can be credited to your account.
Daily/monthly maximum limit: (1) You cannot enter a withdrawal amount more than the remaining daily/monthly limit; if the existing withdrawal limit cannot meet your needs, please contact client service to apply for an adjustment of the withdrawal limit. (2) If your deposit amount is more than the remaining daily/monthly limit, it needs to be manually reviewed before it can be credited to your account.
