What is the anti-phishing code setting?

The Anti-Phishing Code is a unique identifier included in every official XCoin email to help you verify its authenticity. How can you identify it?

Official Emails: Every official email from us will include this Anti-Phishing Code in the email body or in a designated location, such as "[Your Anti-Phishing Code: XF2025]."

Phishing Emails: Forged or fraudulent emails will not include this Anti-Phishing Code.

Safety Tip: When reviewing emails, always check for the correct Anti-Phishing Code. If the Anti-Phishing Code is missing or the content appears suspicious, do not click on any links or provide any personal information, and contact our official customer service immediately to verify. How do I set up my anti-phishing code?

Step 1

Visit the Xcoin.com official website and move your mouse over the [Account] icon in the upper right corner.

Step 2

Web: Move your mouse over the [Account] icon in the upper right corner.

App: Click the [Account] icon in the upper left corner.

Step 3

Click the [Settings] button on the [Account Security] and [Anti-Phishing Code] fields.

Step 4: After adding the anti-phishing code to the field, click [Send] to receive the verification code via email and SMS.

After receiving the verification code, enter it in the relevant field and click [Confirm].

Once your information is submitted and confirmed, your anti-phishing code will be successfully set.
