How can I log in to my account if I lost my 2FA verification?

If you already have an authentication key, you can reinstall the authentication app and enter the key. Your key will only be visible if authentication is enabled in your account. We strongly recommend that you back up your authentication key in case you need to restore authentication in the future.

How to register?

Step 2：Currently, users can register using a valid email address or phone number. If you enter your email address, click Get Verification Code and enter the verification code you received in your email.

If you enter your mobile phone number (please select the correct country/region code) (Mainland China numbers are not accepted), click Get Verification Code and enter the verification code.

Things to note when registering using a mobile phone number

Please ensure you use the mobile phone number registered with your real name and ensure successful verification.
Please select the correct country/region code when registering (Mainland China mobile numbers are not accepted).
If you need to change your mobile phone number, please contact official customer service after registration for assistance (this process takes 24 hours).
Accounts without a linked mobile phone number are unable to perform real-name verification or conduct transactions.

Notes on registering using an email address

Please use your primary email address (such as Gmail, Outlook, etc.) and ensure that you can receive emails.
This email address will be used for important notifications, verification, and password retrieval. Please keep your email address and password secure.
You will need to link your mobile phone number or email address during registration.

Step 1: Set a login password. Please remember and keep it secure.
Step 2: Read and agree to the User Agreement and related policies, then click [Register].
